Terms of delivery
All items are nicely packaged ready to gift.
All shipments are made in protected package.
WARNING : Concerning delivery, due to pandemic or customs blocking, Postal Services (La Poste, USPS, customes, etc...) have sometimes a longer delivery time for mail. So the deadlines mentioned, MAY BE LONGER. Thank you by advance for your patience and understanding.
In case of delay of the postal services or customs, I could not be held responsible, and therefore no monetary compensation will be provided.
But if the package arrives too late for you, do not hesitate to contact me and return your order (within 14 days of receipt) in its original packaging, and I will refund your items as soon as I receive them.
What are the metals of jewellery?
The hooks, earrings, clips and nails that I use, are made of a very strong anti-allergen metal alloy, without nickel or lead.
Gift packages and packaging
All items are nicely packaged and ready to gift.
If you buy multiple items and want separate gift packages, please let me know that by message.
You tape a wrong destination address when ordering
You are required to verify that you have entered your correct address. In case of mistake in the address that you communicated during your order, the package will be normally returned to me. Upon receipt, I will contact you to agree with you a refund.
Post office return are unfortunately quite random, it can take between 2 to 8 weeks, whatever countries. So be patient, please.
I can not be, in any case, held responsible for an error on your part on the destination address and will not make any refund if the package is not returned to me by postal services.
Custom and personalized orders
Don't hesitate to contact me BEFORE your purchase, if you want a jewel with different color or size. We will agree together what change you want and I will tell you if it is possible to make it.
When will you receive your order?
All shipments are made under 24-48 hours worked, in priority shipping.
For Europe the average time is 7 to 15 days.
And for the rest of the world between 15 to 20 working days.

In case of non-receipt of your package within deadlines, you must contact me within 1 month after your purchase. NO refunds will be issued, only a resend of the same order. In order to start the complaint procedure with the post office, you'll have to send me a signed sworn statement of loss of parcel. I will proceed to a new shipment if your package is declared lost by post office.

Wrong choice of variation selection (style) by the customer when ordering.
In the case of the purchase of earrings, the customer is required to check before paying for his order that he has selected the correct type of attachment in the drop-down menu entitled "style". A photo is in the product sheet to show the difference between invisible clips, clip on earrings and hooks pierced ears. The product description also mentions the types of variations that exist.
Glamencia cannot be held responsible for a bad choice on the part of the customer. This one must return the product first, at his expense and in accordance with the return procedure, in order to be refunded of his order afterwards.

You have an order that requires urgent delivery
I do NOT ship by Fedex, DHL, nor express delivery. All packages are delivered by Postal Services (USPS, Royal mail, etc) what takes time (I live in France). And your package can be blocked several days by customs for verification.
So please considering this when ordering and do not ask me for urgent delivery.
